Your Online
Audience
Deserves Better

Most churches pour everything into the in-room experience — but the broadcast is an afterthought. A volunteer juggling slides and faders. A mix that sounds muddy or harsh. Your online congregation notices more than you think.

  • Your livestream sounds thin or distorted while the room sounds great
  • Volunteers are stretched too thin to focus on broadcast quality
  • You have decent gear but no one confident enough to fully use it
  • You've tried training someone but consistency is still a problem
  • Your online church is growing and they deserve the same quality as the room

Process

From Setup to
Sunday in Days

01

Initial Consultation

We hop on a call to learn your setup — your DAW, interface, console, and full broadcast chain. We ask the right questions so we understand your entire service flow before we ever log in.

02

Tech Setup Call

Together we install remote access software and test the connection. We verify full, low-latency control of your broadcast system and walk through any edge cases before Sunday.

03

Rehearsal Run

We do a full dry run — soundcheck, service flow, mix notes, gain structure. You see exactly what Sunday will feel like before anything is live or on record.

04

Live Every Service

We're logged in and hands-on from the first song to the final word. Your stream sounds professional and consistent, every single week — without you having to think about it.

Who This Is For

Built for Churches
Like Yours

Small & Growing Churches

You're streaming every week but don't have the budget for a dedicated broadcast engineer. You need professional quality without the overhead — that's exactly what this is built for.

Volunteer-Run Teams

Your audio volunteers work hard but they're already managing the room mix, click tracks, and cues. We take broadcast completely off their plate so they can focus on the room.

Churches Investing in Online

You believe your online congregation matters just as much as those in the seats. You're ready to stop treating the stream as secondary and give it the attention it deserves.

Good Gear, No Expert

You have an X32, a solid interface, or a capable DAW — but no one on your team who knows how to fully leverage it for broadcast. We bring the expertise to your existing rig.

The Engineer
You Never
Had to Hire

  • Real-Time Remote Control

We control your actual broadcast console or DAW directly — not a proxy or workaround. Full hands-on control over every fader, EQ, and effect, in real time.

  • Flat $150 Per Service

No monthly retainer, no contract, no surprise fees. Pay per service. Use us every week or just when you need coverage — always your call.

  • Broadcast-First Mix

We optimize specifically for your online stream — not the room. Compression, EQ, and dynamics are dialed in for speakers and earbuds, not a PA system.

  • Works With Your Existing Team

Your volunteers keep doing what they're doing. We slot in on the broadcast side without disrupting anyone's role, workflow, or Sunday morning rhythm.

  • Secure & Fully In Your Control

You initiate every session. You can disconnect instantly. We use trusted remote access tools and we never touch anything outside the broadcast mix.

  • Post-Service Mix Notes

After every service you get brief notes — what sounded great, what we adjusted, and if anything in your signal chain needs attention. You're always in the loop.

We Watch Your
Stream While
We Mix It

Every service, we have your livestream playing in real time on one screen while we control the broadcast mix on another. We hear exactly what your online congregation hears — and we fix problems before they become complaints.

No guessing. No checking after the fact. We're monitoring the output end-to-end for the full service length.

What Churches Say

The Difference
is Immediate

Churches that move to a dedicated broadcast mix notice the improvement within the first service. Here's what worship leaders and pastors say after making the switch.

"We'd been settling for a muddy stream for two years. After the first service with Church Mix Live, our comments section was full of people saying how much better it sounded. That was all I needed to hear."

Worship Pastor, Community Church, TX

"Our volunteer was trying to run FOH and broadcast at the same time and struggling with both. Now he focuses on the room and the stream has never been better. It genuinely feels like a different church online."

Executive Pastor, Life Church, GA

"I was skeptical that remote could really work. The setup was incredibly smooth and by Sunday I forgot they were even remote — it just sounded like a real engineer was in the booth."

Tech Director, Harvest Fellowship, OH

Questions

Common Questions

We use Zoho Remote Assist to access your computer and Listento by Audiomovers to monitor your broadcast audio in real time. Both are professional-grade tools used across the industry. We walk you through setup on the onboarding call — it's straightforward and takes about 10 minutes.
We work in Studio One or Logic Pro — whichever you prefer. On the hardware side, we need a computer running your broadcast software at FOH with a USB connection to your digital mixer. If you're unsure whether your setup qualifies, just reach out and we'll let you know right away.
Almost never. We work within your existing setup. As long as you have a computer handling broadcast audio and a stable internet connection, we can typically get started without any new purchases. If there is a gap, we'll tell you clearly and honestly in the consultation call.
From first contact to your first mixed Sunday is typically about 2 weeks. We use that time to get your system configured, run a full rehearsal, and make sure everything is dialed in. Once you're onboarded, we mix every single week without fail — no chasing us down, no last-minute scrambles.
Absolutely. Your FOH engineer handles the room; we handle the broadcast mix. Many churches already split these responsibilities — we're just doing the broadcast side remotely. We coordinate with your team beforehand so everyone knows exactly who's doing what.
Yes. We use reputable, widely trusted remote access tools used by IT professionals worldwide. We won't pretend we can't access your computer — we can, and that's how we do our job. What we can tell you is that we're professionals who treat your system with the same care we'd want for our own. We only ever touch what's needed for the broadcast mix, and you can revoke access at any time with one click.
